We all want glowing, healthy skin and especially during the autumn/winter months it can be hard to keep skin in tip top condition. Wind, rain and snow can take it's toll on our skin, it dries up and can end up looking quite dull. With regular exfoliation and the right products during the harsh weather you can take a step closer to glowing skin. 
But simple lifestyle changes can also help achieve glowing skin. Eating fruits can help with skin rejuvenation, hydration and it can also improve skin texture. Along with a clear complexion it makes the skin appear youthful and glowing.

Bananas are rich in Vitamin A,B and E, they also act as an anti-aging agent. You can use a face mask compromising of mashed bananas and honey to get glowing skin.
